Ambanis Host An Event For Radhika Merchant, Son’s Fiancee
At the Jio World Centre in Mumbai, Mukesh Ambani, chairman of Reliance Industries, and his wife Nita Ambani hosted the arangetram ceremony of their to-be daughter-in-law Radhika Merchant. Ms Merchant is the daughter of Viren Merchant, an industrialist. In the year 2019, she married Anant Ambani.
An arangetram is a dancer’s first on-stage performance after completing their formal classical dance training. Ms Merchant is a Shree Nibha Arts disciple of Guru Bhavana Thakar. Mukesh Ambani was photographed at the event with his grandson Prithvi, son Akash, and daughter-in-law Shloka Mehta. Nita Ambani wore an orange silk saree with a floral print on the border to the event.
Several industrialists and Bollywood celebrities, including Salman Khan and Ranveer Singh, attended the event. Ranveer Singh attended the event dressed in a red kurta, a matching mask, and sunglasses.
Salman Khan, on the other hand, wore a blazer and a dark blue shirt for a more formal look. Salman had only recently returned from the IIFA Awards, which were held in Abu Dhabi.
With his mother Rashmi Thackeray and brother Tejas Thackeray, Maharashtra minister Aaditya Thackeray attended the event at Jio World.
Aamir Khan, television actor Jasmin Bhasin, Aly Goni, Anil Ambani, and his wife Tina Ambani were among the guests. Mukesh Ambani dethroned Gautam Adani, chairman of the Adani Group, as Asia’s richest person earlier this week. Mukesh Ambani’s net worth has risen to $99.7 billion, according to Bloomberg Billionaire Index, while Gautam Adani’s net worth is $98.7 billion.
According to the Bloomberg Billionaire Index, Mukesh Ambani is the eighth richest person on the planet.
