The award for Best Musical or Comedy goes to Steven Spielberg’s musical romantic drama ‘West Side Story’. The Best Actress Award (Musical or Comedy) goes to Rachel Segler for her performance in the same film. The Best Supporting Actress award went to Ariana Debos for her performance in West Side Story. HBO’s series ‘Success’ is the best television drama. Jeremy Strong and Sarah Snook won the Best Actor and Best Actress (Series) awards for their performances in the same series.
This time the award was announced following allegations of corruption in the administration. The Golden Globe, which was announced by several major Hollywood studios as non-cooperative, did not even have a live broadcast on television.
