Veteran actor-writer Kader Khan passed away at the age of 81

Veteran actor-writer Kader Khan passed away due to prolonged illness at the age of 81 6 pm on December 31. his son Sarfaraz confirmed.

Khan was hospitalised in Canada and his last rites will be conducted in the same country. The entire family of Khan is settled there.
We are thankful to everyone for their blessings and prayers added Sarfaraz.

The news of the death of the actor-screenwriter was at his peak in the 1980s -90s. Kader Khan made his acting debut in 1973 with Rajesh Khanna’s ‘Daag’ and has featured in over 300 movies.
Before being an actor Khan has written dialogues for over 250 films. Khan as frequently collaborated as a screenwriter with Manmohan Desai and Prakash Mehra.

Khan’s notable other movies include Dharam Veer, Ganga Jamuna Saraswati, Parvarish, Desh Premee, Parvarish and Amar Akbar Anthony to name a few.
