The current Educational Structure.

Millions of deserving children are still left ignored and not given adequate education. However there is hope that lakhs are still getting help. He commends how each government, philanthropists and social/cultural organisations these days encourage training and education for children. However, he staunchly believes in giving improved training for teachers. “We do not see the passion and commitment teachers used to give in the previous days anymore.” Most of them find this very noble profession as a survival or just a mode to earn salary. Infact we get less skilled teachers as they are not paid well. Teachers should be sensible enough to understand the flaws in them, see the gap between the desired and the real, and should come forward to get themselves properly trained. They are the ones who mould the next generation to success, build new leaders through quality education. It is indeed a grave responsible job they hold and model.

Future Plans.

Mr. Thomas is positive to start new educational institutions in Bahrain and other GCC countries, which he believes will help pave way for the students to learn discipline, ethics n values and become skilled as the future wants them to be.
