Tharoor says his upcoming book on PM is not ‘Floccinaucinihilipilification’
The Trivandrum MP, Sashi Tharoor, is well-known for his liking towards the English language. He often receives appreciation for the way he treats the English language. But, he is not alien to criticism. He regularly attracts ‘trolls’ in the social media platforms for his usage of hard-to-understand words in his twitter communication and even during his casual talks.
The man who has introduced the confusing words such as ‘lalochezia’ and ‘webaqoof’ to the Indian audience, now comes with a 29-letter long word to describe the character of his upcoming book. That sensational world is none other than ‘floccinaucinihilipilification’. The word actually means the action or habit of estimating something as worthless.
For his twitter message, it is clear that the book is about the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and it is not a mere action of estimating someone as worthless.
The book is named as ‘The Paradoxical Prime Minister’. Actually, it is not the news of a congress MP coming up with a book about a BJP PM that has attracted the social media towards the announcement of the book, but is the confusing word the former diplomat has used in his declaration that has attracted the social media users.
