Singer Vaikom Vijayalakshmi and Anoop gets engaged

Vaikom Vijayalakshmi, one of the famous singers in South India, got engaged yesterday with Anoop, a native of Pala, Kerala. Both of them will tye the wedding knot on October 22.

The engagement ceremony took place at Vijayalakshmi’s residence in Vaikom. Anoop and Vijayalakshmi exchanged their rings with the presence of their friends and family. Anoop by profession is an interior designer and also a mimicry artist. The wedding would be held at Vaikom Mahadeva Temple on October 22.

Vaikom Vijayalakshmi entered the Malayalam film industry as a playback singer through the film “Celluloid”. She has won numerous awards, including state award for her playback singing.
