Shah Rukh Khan, Mouni Roy, Ekta Kapoor And Other Stars At Smriti Irani’s Daughter’s Reception

Shanelle, daughter of Union Minister Smriti Irani, wed Arjun Bhalla earlier this month in Rajasthan. Members of the film and television industry attended Smriti Irani’s Mumbai celebration a few days after her daughter Shanelle’s wedding. Superstar Shah Rukh Khan and TV producer Ekta Kapoor, who supported the well-liked TV program Kyunkii…Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, of which former actress Smriti Irani was a part, were among the guests.

The ceremony was also attended by Ronit Roy and Mouni Roy, who acted alongside Smriti Irani in Kyunkii…Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi. Couple Suraj Nambiar and Mouni Roy attended the reception, and Mouni Roy shared photos of the occasion on social media. SRK is also seen in one of the images from the album.

Sharing the pictures, Mouni Roy wrote: “Congratulations Shanelle and Arjun…Wishing you both the happiest most meaningful journey ahead. Love you di.” In the comments section, Smriti Irani wrote: “See you soonest.”

Smriti Irani’s Kyunkii…Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi co-star Ronit Roy also posted pictures from Shanelle Irani’s reception and he wrote in his caption: “Years of friendship Smriti Irani, Ravi Kishan and the warmth and love keeps growing. Grateful. Congratulations Shanelle Irani and Arjun. Wish you a blissful wedded life ahead. Thank you Zohr Irani for taking such good care of us. Lovely meeting you.”

Before entering politics, Smriti Irani was well-known for her role in Ekta Kapoor’s 2001 tv show Kyunkii…Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi. She is well known for playing Tulsi Virani in the show, but she has also appeared in other shows including Virrudh, Thodi Si Zameen Thoda Sa Aasmaan, and others.
