Ranbir Kapoor’s Comment About Pregnant Alia Bhatt Slammed By Internet
On social media, actor Ranbir Kapoor’s remarks about his pregnant wife Alia Bhatt have generated a lot of discussion. He said it while promoting Brahmastra, a movie he’s making alongside Alia Bhatt and Ayan Mukerji.
In the movie, which also has Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna, and Mouni Roy in significant parts, Ranbir and Alia will be seen interacting on-screen for the first time. The movie, which has the support of Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions, will hit theatres on September 9 of this year.
The actors were heard discussing why they are not advertising Brahmastra the same manner they do other films during a live discussion on movie promotion. Alia Bhatt replied, “We will promote the film, and we will be everywhere but if the question you are asking is why we are not phailod everywhere, right now our focus is…”Ranbir Kapoor quickly pointed at his wife’s baby bump and said, “well I can say somebody has phailod” adding he meant the comment as a joke.
The comment left Alia Bhatt and Ayan Mukerji speechless . Reddit users are sharing the interaction’s video footage. Others responded to Ranbir Kapoor’s comment with humour, while some users expressed disbelief at it.
In April, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor exchanged vows at their home in front of their loved ones and a select group of close friends. Alia had revealed her pregnancy in a post on Instagram in June, writing: “Our infant Arriving soon.”
