Rajinikanth Shows Chess Skills While Tamil Nadu Hosts a Major Competition

Today, as Tamil Nadu prepares to host the 44th Chess Olympiad, which will be opened by Prime Minister Narendra Modi today, superstar Rajinikanth declared that he loves chess “the most” and sent his greetings to chess players.

On his twitter handle, using the #ChessOlympiad2022 hashtag, the megastar said, “An indoor game I love the most… wishing all the chess minds the very best… god bless.” Rajinikanth also posted an undated photograph of him playing chess and appearing in a pensive mood.

From July 28 to August 10, the 44th Chess Olympiad will take place in Mamallapuram, a town around 50 kilometres from Chennai.

The Chennai income tax office officially highlighted Superstar Rajinikanth for always paying his taxes.

In the meantime, Rajinikanth has joined forces with director Nelson Dilipkumar for a new movie called “Jailer.” The project will shortly begin production, and Kannada actor Shivrajkumar will play a significant role. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is reportedly in negotiations to portray the female lead.

According to sources, the two will be seen working together after 11 years, having previously collaborated on the hugely successful Tamil movie Enthiran, which is dubbed Robo in Telugu. Rajinikanth last appeared in the Siva-directed film “Annaatthe,” which was released for Diwali in 2021 to lukewarm reviews.
