Rain batters Kerala
Putting the life of common people in a very difficult state, the weather condition of heavy rain has battered the South Indian state of Kerala.
It is due to the onset of the South West Monsoon that the state has experienced such a heavy rainfall.
The heavy rainfall has brought serious difficulties in the life of the people of at least eight districts of the state. Trivandrum, Kollam, Pathanamthitta, Alappuzha, Kottayam, Idukki, Eranakulam and Thrissur are the states which has been experiencing the weather condition of heavy rainfall for last twenty four hours. Most of these states come under the south west costal line. The state authorities have announced a day off for all educational institutions situated in these eight districts.
At this moment, it is not clear what the exact impact of heavy rainfall is. Form a preliminary report, there is clarity in one thing that the present weather condition is very bad and will prove dangerous, if adequate precautions are not taken.
It is learned that the authorities are in high alert. The government has taken all necessary steps to make sure that no harm or difficulty happens to the normal life of common people.
The people living in the vulnerable states are warned not to travel to hilly areas or over water bodies and not to park vehicles under trees.
