PORK VINDALOO

INGREDENTS
Pork (cut into cubes) – 1 kg
Red chilli (seeded) – 20 nos
Tomato Chopped – 6 nos
Onion Chopped – 4 nos
Vinegar – 2 tbs
Garlic & Ginger -2 tbs
Mustard -1 tsp
Fenugreek – ½ tsp
Tumeric – ¼ tsp
Jeera – 1 pinch
Oil -1/2 cup
Sugar – 2 tsp
Salt – to taste
METHOD
- Grind chilli, fenugreek, mustard, jeera , garlic and ginger in vinegar.
- Saute onion till light brown.
- Add tomato and cook till oil comes on top. Add the ground paste and cook well.
- Add pork and salt to taste.
- Fry for a minute or two and then pressure cook.
- When it is done add sugar.
- Serve hot!
