Quality of roads has improved significantly compared to before. At the same time, the Ministry of Transport has decided to focus on the development of national highways with high-speed access control, which is also a part of enhancing the logistics capabilities of the country.

He mentioned that specific express highways originating from Surat to major cities such as Nasik, Ahmednagar, Solapur, Kurnool, Thiruvananthapuram, Kochi, Kanyakumari, Hyderabad, and Chennai are being developed to enhance connectivity.
