Natural Ways To Fight Pigmentation

Pigmentation is not a serious problem. It is easily curable. Not many know this condition can be fight using certain natural methods. Unlike others, natural methods offer a permanent solution to this condition.

Potato and Lemon

Both potato and lemon are easily available. Both are rich sources of several vitamins and minerals. As per a new report, the combination of these two items can be used to treat the skin condition of pigmentation. The presence of an enzyme, named catecholase, in potato is what that makes this item perfect for the treatment against the condition of pigmentation. Meanwhile, lemon functions as a natural bleaching agent.

Take a spoon of grated potato. Add few drops of lemon juice into this. Mix them well. Apply the mixture on your face. Let it rest there for few minutes – at least ten to thirty minutes. Remove it with lukewarm water. Repeat the procedure at least once or twice a week for better result.

Lemon and Honey

Like potato, honey is also not difficult to procure. It is rich source of several vitamins and minerals. The combination of lemon and honey is used for the treatment against the condition of pigmentation. It not only acts a bleaching agent but also function as an anti-pigmentation agent, as well as a moisturising agent.

Take a spoon of honey. Add a spoon of lemon juice into it. Mix them well. Apply it on your face gently. Let it rest there for at least fifteen to twenty minutes. Wash it off with lukewarm water. Repeat the procedure at least thrice a week for better result.

Papaya and Multani Mitti

Papaya is a common fruit available in India. It is not hard to procure. Multani Mitti is also not difficult to find. It is available in all ayurveda shops in the country. Multani Mitti is a rich source of various vitamins and minerals. It functions as a cleansing agent, as well as a nourishing agent. Meanwhile, papaya is also a rich source of several rare vitamins and minerals. Moreover, it is the only source of a skin whitening enzyme, called papain.

Take few spoons of multani mitti. Add few spoons of pasted papaya into it. Apply it on your face gently. Let it rest there for at least fifteen to twenty minutes. Wash it off with lukewarm water. Repeat the procedure at least once a week.

Turmeric and Milk

Both turmeric and milk are easily available. Turmeric has bleaching properties as well as anti-bacterial properties, in addition to many other useful properties. Meanwhile, milk is a rich source of several vitamins and minerals. It moisturises and whitens the skin.

Take a spoon of fresh turmeric powder. Add two teaspoons or three teaspoons of milk into it. Mix them well. Apply the mixture on your face gently. Let it rest there for twenty to thirty minutes. Wash it off with lukewarm water. Repeat the procedure every day for better result.

Aloe Vera and Honey

Aloe Vera is a magical plant. It is actually a gift of God. It is a rich source of several vitamins and minerals. It is the presence of muscilaginous polysaccharides which makes the plant perfect for the treatment against the condition of pigmentation. Likewise, as said earlier, honey is also good for the skin. As per a latest report, the combination of these two elements can be used to fight the condition of pigmentation.

Take few teaspoons of aloe vera. Add a spoon of honey into it. Mix them well. Apply the mixture gently on your face. Let it rest there for at least twenty to thirty minutes. Remove it with lukewarm water. Repeat the procedure daily for better result.
