Manappuram Miss South India 2015 was crowned to Ms. Aileena Catherine Amon from Kerala by the last years winner from Karnataka Ms. Abhishiktha Shetty. First runners up Ms. Neha Shetty from Karnataka & Second runners up Ms. Gayathri Suresh from Kerala was crowned by MD & CEO of Manappuram Finance Ltd Mr. V P Nandakumar. There were four regional title this time which was won by Ms. Tina Magwani for Miss Queen Telegana, Ms. Srinidhi Shetty for Ms Queen Karnataka, Ms. Gayathri Suresh for Ms Queen Kerala and Ms. Nasreen Sultana Mazhar for Miss Tamilnadu.
