Kangana Ranaut, Alia Bhatt and Karan Johar trending on social media; Fans slams Bollywood industry for their hypocrisy

The entire film industry is now devastated by the news of Sushant Singh Rajput’s sudden demise. The young and talented actor was at the peak of his career and was giving back to back successful film for his fans. But his death has now created a social media protest towards the A-list actors of the industry.

The entire social media was filled with post of celebrities showing their sadness and grief regarding the death of the actor. But as per the principal investigation the actor was suffering from extreme depression and was consulting doctors for the past few months. The post of Alia Bhatt and Karan Johar was circulating over social media and soon, netizens started commenting on their posts reminding them of the time when they had mocked Sushant on TV. Alia had appeared on Karan’s show ‘Koffee with Karan’ many times. On twitter, netizens responded to them saying how they have always mocked the late actor on their reality show.

In two rapid fire rounds, Alia listed Sushant in the last when Karan asked her to name actors in order of their sex-appeal. In one of the hook, marry and Kill question Alia said ‘I’ll kill Sushant – sorry Sushant’. In one of the episodes, Alia was asked to rate three male actors in a Rapid Fire question – the choices were Sushant Singh Rajput, Ranveer Singh and Varun Dhawan – Alia answered, “Sushant Singh Rajput, who? Karan Johar was always trolled for his nepotism and favoritism in Bollywood. The hastag #KaranJoharisbully is trending on twitter

On the other hand Kangana Ranaut the Swag Queen of Bollywood slammed the Bollywood industry through a video.

In a 2-minute-long video, shared by the official Instagram handle of Team Kangana Ranaut, Kangana says, “Sushant Singh Rajput’s demise has shaken us, but some people are saying that those who have weak mind get depressed and die by suicide. I’d like to say that Sushant was a rank-holder, how can his mind be weak?

The video was shared alongside a caption: “It is important to give talent their due. And if celebrities are struggling with personal and mental health issues, the media should try and emphasize with them, rather than making it difficult for them!”

Taking reference from a viral post of Sushant pleading with people to watch his movies else he’d be thrown out of the industry as he “didn’t have a godfather,” Kangana added that despite his great lineup of films like MS Dhoni: The Untold Story, Kedarnath and Chhichhore, he didn’t receive any acknowledgement or awards.
