June edition of Playboy to be removed from stands

You never want a past taunting you especially when your in the eye of the public. Neymar, the Brazil forward took a case to court when the June edition of the playboy magaxine featured his ex-girlfriend, Patricia Jordane as “The burnette who charmed Neymar.” Neymar won the appeal to have the local June edition of the Playboy magazine removes from stands. Thr court in Sao paulo stated that all of the local June edition should be removed from circulation right away.

As Neymar’s official fan site celebrated the court’s decision, it said that the publisher was “promoting a lie” about the soccer player while “using his name without permission.” However according to a representative for Editora Abril, the publisher of Playboy do Brazil had not been notified by the court of its decision to remove the June edition, thus they are still on stands. The court has stated that if the decision is disobeyed,  there would be a daily fine of 10,000 reais for each day till the magazine removes the June edition of stands.
