Infosys CEO Pay Rises to ₹826 Million in FY26
Infosys CEO Salil Parekh received a total compensation of ₹826 million ($8.69 million) in fiscal 2026, marking a 2.5% increase from the previous year, according to the company’s latest annual report. His earnings included a fixed salary of ₹79.7 million, performance-linked bonuses of ₹233.5 million, and stock-option gains worth ₹507.5 million.
Parekh remains the longest-serving non-founder CEO of Infosys, though the company did not provide any update on a possible extension of his current five-year term, which is scheduled to conclude in March 2027. Stock-option exercises continued to account for the largest portion of his overall compensation.
The compensation disclosure comes as India’s IT industry faces slower growth amid AI-driven changes in client spending patterns. Infosys recently projected FY27 revenue growth of 1.5% to 3.5% in constant currency terms, following a 3.1% growth in FY26. In comparison, Tata Consultancy Services CEO K Krithivasan earned $2.96 million in FY26, while annual compensation details from HCLTech and Wipro are yet to be released.
