Indian passengers traveling abroad needn’t fill up departure card from July 1st

The ones travelling abroad need not fill the departure card on effect from July 1st. The new rule has been bought to make the process hassle free. It is known the amount of time it takes from Check in to Immigration and in top that we are required to fill up details such as our name, DOB, passport number, flight number, travel destination etc. It is time consuming. Also it recreates a lot of ruckus in the airport by each day the number of people flying out is also increasing. The home Ministry order on the account of this new move said “ The same information (about the passenger) is available in the system from other sources. “ The same had been applied to Indian coming back to India from abroad. Except for those carrying dutiable goods, there isn’t any need to fill up any form. The ones carrying the durable goods need to fill up an “Indian Customs Declaration Form”
