HIMACHAL  MUTTON CURRY

HIMACHAL MUTTON CURRY

Ingrediaents :

Mutton                                    – 1 KG ( Cut it in to small pieces)

Tomato                                   – ½ KG(chopped)

Oil                                           – 3 Table spoons

Cumin Seeds                      – ½ Tea spoon

Onion Sliced                       – 2 Cups

Ginger                                  – 1 Tea spoon ( crushed)

Chilly powder                    – 1 Tea spoon

Turmeric power                                – 1 Tea spoon

Coriander seed                 – 1 Tea spoon

Cloves                                   – 6 nos

Cardamom                          – 3 nos

Cinnamon                           – 1 piece

Nutmug                               – 1 small piece

Cumin seed                         – 1 Tea spoon

Salt & Sugar                        – To taste

Method:

Dry roast the whole spices and powdered it. Heat a pan put oil. Add  – ½ Tea spoon cumin seed to the hot oil. Then add Ginger and sliced onion sauté well and  add the chilly and turmeric powder , tomato,  sugar and salt till tomato get soft. Then add the cleaned mutton along with 2 cups of water and powder spices , covered the pan till the mutton get cook. This dish can be serve with Chappathi.
