Health Benefits of Vegetable Soup
Vegetable soup is one of the healthiest dishes commonly seen in all restaurants. It is actually a western dish. In recent days, Indians become more close to this dish.
Actually, almost all vegetables can be used while preparing a vegetable soup. Nonetheless, potatoes, beets, squash, carrots, cabbage, turnips, cauliflower, zucchini, broccoli, celery, mushrooms, green beans and corn are the ideal ingredients of a perfect western model vegetable soup.
It is very easy to make. Take vegetables in a bowl. Pour water into the bowl and add a spoon of vinegar into it. Keep it aside for 15 to 20 minutes. After the first level, drain water from the bowl and clean the vegetables once again. Put these vegetables in a cooking pot along with adequate amount of water, pepper powder, gee, salt and lemon. Cook the mixture until all vegetables are thoroughly cooked. Once the process is finished, transfer it in a bowl. It is your tasty vegetable soup. Hot soup tastes better than cold.
