‘Chhapaak’: The trailer of deepika Padukone’s next venture released

Deepika Padukone starrer, ‘Chhapaak’s’ much-awaited trailer is out. The opening frames of the trailer are bound you arrest you with its impactful narrative and heart wrenching visuals. After impressing the audiences with the first look and teaser, the makers have unveiled this super promising and impressive trailer. This 2 minute 19 seconds trailer takes one through the trauma of Malti (played by Deepika Padukone) an acid attack victim. From being a girl next door to be one unfortunate acid attack survivor, the trailer comprises of all.

Deepika Padukone and team released a 6 seconds teaser that gave the audience an insight of the entire trailer and today the trailer is surfaced leaving the audiences in splits. Deepika Padukone looks convincing as Malti in the trailer and has excelled in her character. As said by Meghna in one of her interviews that Deepika and she could feel the character and after witnessing the trailer, we can rightly say that Deepika literally breaths Laxmi Agarwal in every frame. It’s like you can see the pain, sadness but equally also see a ray of hope twinkling in her eyes. Talking about the rest of the characters in the trailer, Vikrant Massey leaves a solid impact. There is a certain raw appeal to the trailer and the harsh brutality of it stands out.

As we appreciate Deepika’s presence in the trailer,we cannot miss the magnificent work done by the prosthetic team who actually helped Deepika to do complete justice and get into the skin of the character. We must say the team has worked hard to give Deepika the final look. Deepika’s character of an acid attack survivor Malti from the film is here to stay for long. This character and film will be added to the list of most memorable characters played by Deepika so far, for sure. ‘Chhapaak’ portrays the story of a courageous acid attack survivor, Laxmi Agarwal.
