Centre To Launch Digital India Fund To Support Deep-Tech Startups: Minister

The government would establish a Digital India Innovation Fund to encourage deep-tech firms, said Rajeev Chandrasekhar, Minister of State for Electronics and IT.

According to an official statement, the minister made these remarks during his talk to over 1,000 college students as part of the ‘New India for Young India: Techade of Opportunities programme’ at the Catholic Bishop House Campus in Thamarassery, Kerala.

According to Rajeev Chandrasekhar, the government would establish a Digital India Innovation Fund to support deeptech startups. The minister stated that the Prime Minister’s vision of New India is one in which every Indian has abundant possibilities to participate in the development process, with hard work and skills being the only determinants of success.
