Capri Global Plans Debut $300–500 Million Dollar Bond Issue
Capri Global Capital, an Indian non-banking financial company, is preparing to enter the international debt market with its first U.S. dollar-denominated bond issue, according to bankers. The company is expected to raise funds through three-year-and-three-month maturity bonds and is set to hold investor meetings on Tuesday.
The issuance could be sized around $300 million, with the possibility of expanding up to $500 million if investor demand is strong. Pricing is likely to be finalized by the end of the week, sources said. Capri Global did not respond to requests for comment.
Earlier this year, the company raised ₹5 billion through a domestic debt issue and continues to expand its reliance on capital markets. It aims to increase market borrowings to 40–50% of its total funding base, up from the current 20%.
