Bharti Airtel Announces 5G Rollout In 125 More Cities

Bharti Airtel, a telecom company, today announced the opening of its 5G services in 125 cities. According to a press statement from the firm, Airtel 5G Plus service is now accessible to consumers in more than 265 locations throughout the nation thanks to this largest-ever roll out by the telco.

The business said that its 5G rollout is on schedule to reach all urban areas and important rural areas by March 2024. Randeep Sekhon, CTO of Bharti Airtel, remarked that the internet has undergone a revolution thanks to 5G, ushering in a new era of connectivity and communications that will be a game-changer for the nation.

“At Airtel, we remain committed to delivering the highest quality of network and service to our customers as we roll-out 125 more cities today,” Randeep Sekhon added.

While the business works to provide nationwide coverage, Airtel 5G Plus service availability will soon include service in all cities and villages in the nation. According to a press statement, Airtel is now providing its 5G services in all major cities, from the southernmost point of Kanyakumari to the upper northern city of Jammu.

Nellore and Ananthapur in Andhra Pradesh, Jorhat and Tezpur in Assam, Motihari and Gaya in Bihar, Bilaspur in Chattisgarh, Dahej and Bharuch in Gujarat, Jhansi and Ayodhya in Uttar Pradesh, and Manali and Solan in Himachal Pradesh are among the 125 cities on the list.
