After KGF 2, Kangana Ranaut hails Yash as the new ‘angry young man.’ ‘He steps in to fill the void left by Amitabh Bachchan…’

Kangana Ranaut has made no secret of her preference for South stars, believing that Bollywood can learn a lot from them. The actor recently shared a photo on Instagram, stating that they were “deeply rooted” in their culture. In her next story, KGF Chapter 2, she praised Yash, calling him “the angry young man” whom India has been missing for decades, and even comparing him to Amitabh Bachchan. In the 1970s and 1980s, the veteran actor had become synonymous with the label.

“South super stars are grounded and deeply rooted in their culture,” Kangana wrote alongside photos of Ram Charan, Allu Arjun, and NTR Jr. Their authenticity, in addition to their talent and hard work, is what connects with the audience.” “He is the angry young man India has been missing for many decades,” she wrote alongside a poster of Yash from KGF Chapter 2. He fills the void left by Amitabh Bachchan since the 1970s. Wonderful.” KGF 2, a sequel to Yash’s 2018 blockbuster, has grossed Rs 162 crore in India and is a worldwide smash hit.

Kangana had written a lengthy post in January explaining why South stars are such a ‘rage.’ “Here are a few of the reasons why South content and superstars are so popular…” 1) They are deeply rooted in Indian culture, 2) They adore their families and maintain traditional rather than westernised relationships, and 3) their professionalism and passion are unrivalled.” “They should not allow Bollywood to corrupt them,” she added.

Kangana Ranaut starred in Thalaivii last year, in which she played late Tamil Nadu minister J Jayalalithaa. Arvind Swamy also appeared in the film.
