Aaftab Poonawala’s Internet Search Reveals He Watched Johnny Depp-Amber Heard Trial After Shraddha Walkar’s Murder

Aaftab Ameen Poonawala, who is the main suspect in the gruesome murder case, has been the subject of surprising discoveries as a Delhi Police team investigates the killing of Shraddha Walkar. Poonawala read and watched hours of the highly-publicized Johnny Depp-Amber Heard defamation trial live after killing his live-in spouse, according to his online search history. Aaftab meticulously studied every phase of the case in order to learn more about legal pitfalls and how public figures’ actions affected the inquiry.

In order to be ready for his crime’s exposure and the police’s arrest, he also read up on earlier criminal cases and well-known criminal trials. The murder suspect made extensive use of the internet to research and comprehend every legal manoeuvre that could be used to perplex the Delhi-Mumbai police during the investigation.

Aaftab was able to deceive the Mumbai Police by saying that Shraddha had left him after Shraddha was murdered and the Mumbai Police were looking into her disappearance. Aaftab had also been questioned by the Delhi Police about Shraddha for a number of rounds, where he continued to lie to them.

The 28-year-old is charged with strangling Shraddha Walkar in May in the Delhi residence they shared, dismembering her body into 35 pieces, and dispersing the fragments throughout the neighbourhood. On November 22, he admitted to killing his partner Shraddha Walkar “in the heat of the moment” in a Delhi court. However, according to his attorney, he hasn’t made a confession in court and the evidence against Aaftab is primarily circumstantial.
