Blackstone Plans $1.26 Billion Knowledge REIT Stake Sale

Blackstone has proposed selling up to 25.03% of India’s Knowledge Realty Trust (Knowledge REIT) through an offer for sale, according to an exchange filing. The proposed transaction includes a base offer of 16.69%, with an additional 8.34% available if the issue is oversubscribed.

The floor price has been set at ₹108 per unit, putting the maximum value of the stake on offer at around ₹119.88 billion ($1.26 billion). Blackstone and its related entities currently hold a 46.51% stake in the REIT.

Knowledge Realty Trust, backed by Blackstone and Sattva Group, owns 29 properties across six Indian cities, with a gross asset value of about ₹674 billion. The REIT was listed in August 2025 and has gained around 10% since its debut.
