Virat Kohli To Open Restaurant In Kishore Kumar’s Bungalow In Mumbai

The late actor-singer Kishore Kumar’s family owned the home known as “Gouri Kunj” in Mumbai’s Juhu neighbourhood. Cricketer Virat Kohli has acquired a section of this property for his upcoming restaurant. The Instagram bio of the former Team India captain’s chain, “One8 Commune” (named after his jersey number “18”), now reads, “Juhu, Mumbai #ComingSoon.”

In addition to Kolkata and Pune, the business offers restaurants and bars in Virat Kohli’s hometown of Delhi. According to company listings, the restaurant ‘B Mumbai’ that had operated in the Juhu area is no longer open. The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) sent a notice over some development that was against regulations, which made headlines a few years ago. By tearing down a portion, the restaurant owners resolved the issue.

According to information obtained, Virat Kohli has a five-year lease on the restaurant, which is about to launch.

He is currently travelling with the team to the UAE for the Asia Cup, where he will be looking for a strong showing and a comeback. He hasn’t seen many large scores lately.

In addition to the hospitality industry, the star batter also has business interests in clothes, fragrances, and shoes under the “One8” brand. Additionally, he has a stake in “Wrogn,” a clothing and accessory company that is continually expanding its product line.

He admits to being a fan of “chhole-bhature,” but his strict diet and exercise routine are what are most well-known about him. In addition to sports-related goods, he also endorses health items.

The brand-new restaurant will be located in a famous location.

The illustrious Kishore Kumar is known for telling an interviewer that he had given the trees names in Gouri Kunj. He had parked his vintage automobile collection here as well. Along with other members of his family, his singer son Amit Kumar resides here.
