Singing to bring rain

Carnatic ragas are very mysterious things. It is said that these ragas have several mysterious powers. Amritavarsini is one such raga, which is said to possess a mysterious quality. It is believed that if sang rightly this raga can bring rain.

Tamil Nadu is expecting a fresh water crisis. Its capital Chennai is the most affected place. Rain is the only solution available.

With no sign of rain, the state is eager to try anything and everything which is said to process the ability to bring rain.

It has not even left Amritavarsini. Recently, a famous temple located in Chennai has organised a carnatic music concert to please the goddess of rain. In the music concert, this mysterious raga has also been sung by the experts who have years of experience in the field of carnatic music. Similar music concerts have taken place in several temples in and around the state.

Apart from this music concert, some special spiritual ceremonies have been conducted to please the goddess.

It is hoped that the anti-scientific experiments will produce the desired result. These experiments may be difficult for a rational human being to comprehend. It is important to note here that several times these irrational experiments gifted surprising results.
