PM Modi invites ideas and suggestion to include in his Independence Day speech

Most of the Indian citizens who have received an email from the ‘My Govt’ must have felt a feeling of pride, as in the message the concerned has invited the ideas and suggestions of the common people and assured that the most relevant suggestions and message may find way to the PM Modi’s Independence Day speech, which is going to happen tomorrow at the Red Fort. By the time the writer has started writing this article, tens of thousands of people have already submitted their suggestion in the ‘My Govt’ website and app. A wide range of issues from the corruption to health care has made way into the long list of suggestions and message appeared on the page. The India Prime Minister Narendra Modi initially invited the citizen’s message and suggestions during his Mann Ki Baat address on 30th July, 2017. The same message again appeared in the PM’s twitter handle where he wrote on July 31, 2017, that when he addresses the nation from the ramparts of the Red Fort on the Independence Day he is the voice of 125 crore people. The act of inviting suggestions from the common public helps the Prime Minister to boost his image. These kinds of initiatives are worth appreciable. Whoever is behind this great idea deserves a special appreciation from the Indian citizens. It is to be noted that the digitalization not only helps our economy but also gifts a more interactive way of governance.
