In an attempt to overthrow, so called, Lalu-Nitish jungle raj, LJP supremo Ram Vilas Paswan urged centre to implement Presidential Rule in Bihar. Reports say that the NDA partner from Bihar has demanded a probe into the recent killings of political personalities in the state. Furthermore, he asked for a CBI investigation into the Killing of State’s opposition leaders. It seems that the recent bypoll victory has given new hopes to NDA in the grand alliance’s territory. RLSP, a member of NDA, has jolted the state’s political hemisphere with an unexpected bypoll victory in the Harlakhi constituency. Paswan used the opportunity to mock at the, Lalu-Nitish-congress, grand alliance government of the state and claimed that the bypoll result proves that JDU-RJD government lost credibility in the  state. Subsequently, while meeting media personals, Paswan reveals that he had visited PMO and submitted a detailed memorandum demanding Presidential Rule in state. Without giving much explanation about the exact content of the dosser, he added that the failure of law machinery had prompted him to take this extreme step. According to media reports, Bihar recently witnessed some high profile political murders. BJP state vice president and LJP leader Branjanathi were reportedly killed in the post-poll political turmoil. On the wake of the political murders, opposition parties assert that these cases must be investigated by some credible investigative authorities instead of state police. Recently, a prominent political leader and MLA, of the ruling Bihar government, had to resign from the party over rape allegations. It is learned that Paswan has efficiently included detailed report of all these factors in his memorandum.
