Cyclone Vayu to hit Gujarat soon
The Indian state of Gujarat is expecting a heavy cyclone, named Vayu, Today. The authorities have initiated all necessary steps to reduce the impact of the cyclone.
The evacuation procedure has begun. All those who live in the low lands or vulnerable regions will be relocated to the safe camp set by the government as part of its relief process.
The educational institutions, especially schools, will remain closed for the next two to three days.
The fishermen, who are on the sea, have been called back. The fishing community has been asked to refine from its traditional job until they gets the green signal from the authorities.
Several trains operate in the western region of the country have been cancelled due to the cyclone issue.
The National Disaster Relief Force has been deployed in the region. It seems that there is nothing to worry too much and everything is under the control of the authorities.
