Temple priest assaulted devotee for money
Odisha’s Jagannath temple in Maharashtra’s Thane alleged the staff snatched a gold chain of a devotee who refused to pay a larger amount of money as offering prayers on Sunday. The victim filed a complaint with the police, alleging that the priests obliged money in the concern of Darshan and mistreated him in the temple premises.
