Sushant Death Case: CBI To question two DCP’s of Mumbai

In Sushant Singh Rajput death case yesterday was an an important day as the case was transferred to CBI for investigation as the Supreme Court announced it. Now, as today the S.I.T. (Special Investigation Team) of the agency will be reaching Mumbai, and the team will also be questioning the two Deputy Commissioners of Mumbai Police, namely Abhishek Trimukhe and Paramjit Singh Dahiya in connection with the initial investigation of the actor’s death.

As per the reports, the SIT is likely to closely examine any lapses from Mumbai officials in this case. The team might also visit Sushant Singh Rajput’s apartment in Bandra where the actor was found dead on June 14.

Earlier, The DCP, Dahiya in a statement revealed that he ‘insisted’ for a written complaint from IPS Officer OP Singh when he received his WhatsApp messages highlighting that Sushant Singh Rajput’s life was in danger.

He also added, “the messages were sent on 19th and 25th of February. It was clearly told in a telephone (call) to him that ‘I need a written complaint to proceed forward on these messages. The other side of the argument was that the girl and the associates should be unofficially called to the police station and the matter should be resolved.”
