‘Power Puff Girls’ of Sri Sakthi College Lead Motorcycle Rally for Green Cover and Women’s Safety Awareness
The ‘Power Puff Girls’ of Sri Sakthi College organized a motorcycle rally on March 17, 2023, from Coimbatore to Chennai. The rally was flagged off by Mrs. Tamil Nadu Shalu Raj at She Brews Club Cafe located on NH Road, Avinashi. The main aim of this rally was to spread awareness about the importance of increasing green cover across Tamil Nadu and to raise voice against marital rape and domestic violence against women.
The ‘Power Puff Girls’ of Sri Sakthi College took this initiative to promote the idea of environmental conservation and sustainable development. They believe that by increasing the green cover across Tamil Nadu, we can mitigate the effects of climate change and ensure a better future for our coming generations.
Apart from spreading awareness about environmental conservation, the rally also aimed to raise awareness about the issue of marital rape and domestic violence against women. The ‘Power Puff Girls’ of Sri Sakthi College strongly believe that every woman has the right to live a life free from violence and abuse. They aimed to create awareness among people and encourage them to take action against such atrocities.
The ‘Power Puff Girls’ of Sri Sakthi College believe that this initiative will help create a positive impact on society and inspire more people to take action towards creating a better future for all.
