Passengers experience ear, nose bleeding on Jet Airways flight
Jet Airways passengers on board in Boeing 737 aircraft flying from Mumbai to Jaipur on Today experiences a painful journey after the crew forgot to switch on the cabin pressurisation system. Which controls the pressure inside an aircraft to comfortable levels as it climbs out.
The aircraft had 166 people on the board, out of which 30 suffered from discomfort, few of them suffered from nose bleeds while some had bleeding from the ear. Eight passengers have been hospitalised. All the affected passengers are being investigated by the doctors at the airport and rest passengers are deplaned safely and moved to the terminal.
The airline is making alternative flight arrangements for the guests on the flight. The official stated the flight’s cockpit crew has been moved off scheduled duties pending investigation, including both the pilots have taken off flying duty pending inquiry.
