Over ‘terrorist’ remark in video supporting sister Rangoli Police complaint filed against Kangana Ranaut

A complaint has been filed with police against Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut for supposedly alluding to individuals from a specific community as terrorist in a video released on the side of her sister Rangoli Chandel, an authority said on Friday.

The complaint was recorded by an lawyer, Ali Kashif Khan Deshmukh, at the rural Amboli Police Station on Wednesday. The Twitter account of Chandel, who is also the 33-year-old actress’s manager, as of late got suspended for supposed loathe speech.

According to the complaint, while supporting her sister, Ranaut, in the video, purportedly alluded to individuals from a specific community as “terrorit”, the authority said. Ranaut had released the video some time back.

Following the arrival of the video, Deshmukh presented an application to the Amboli police looking for enrollment of a body of evidence against the actress, the authority said.
