Movies and Web Series releasing in the month of November 2020; Must Watch
The month of November has began and there are much anticipated movies and web series that are going to release this month. Let us go through the series and movie that we should not miss watching this month.
Ashram Chapter 2
The season one of the show was released in August this year. The series follows a self-styled godman Baba Nirala Kashipurwala who takes advantage of his power and popularity to deal in drugs and other crimes. The second season seems to have more of the same but this time, the godman is involved in a sexual harassment case.
Bichoo Ka Khel
Bichoo Ka Khel is an edgy crime thriller web series featuring Divyendu Sharma is currently basking in the success of Mirzapur season 2. In fact, people found many similarities between his portrayal of Munna Bhaiya and his character Akhil Shrivastav from this web series. The story is set in Benaras, Uttar Pradesh and revolves around a son who kickstarts a deadly revenge game after his father is found murdered.
Laxmii
Directed by Raghav Lawrence starring Akshay Kumar and Kiara Advani in lead roles, the movie is slated as a horror comedy. In it, Kumar plays the role of a man who is possessed by the spirit of a transwoman. The film is a remake of the 2011 Tamil film Kanchana.
Ludo
Directed by Anurag Basu, the movie chronicles four protagonists whose lives intersect in a game of lies, deceit, and crimes. It features an impressive ensemble cast of Abhishek Bachchan, Rajkummar Rao, Pankaj Tripathi, Aditya Roy Kapur, Rohit Suresh Saraf, Fatima Sana Shaikh, and Sanya Malhotra. Although it is a thriller, it’s packed with funny sequences and witty dialogues.
Chalaang
Directed by Hansal Mehta and featuring Rajkummar Rao and Nushrat Barucha in lead roles, the movie follows the life of a PT teacher played by Rajkumar Rao who falls in love with his colleague played by Nushrat Barucha. His simple life is challenged when a new PT teacher threatens his job and love life.
