IRB Infrastructure Wins ₹9,270-Crore NHAI TOT Project in Uttar Pradesh
IRB Infrastructure Trust has secured a major Toll-Operate-Transfer (TOT) project from the National Highways Authority of India for an upfront payment of ₹9,270 crore. The award covers a 366-km stretch across the Lucknow–Ayodhya–Gorakhpur corridor on NH-27 and part of the Lucknow–Varanasi corridor on NH-731, under a 20-year revenue-linked concession. The project is part of NHAI’s ongoing asset monetisation programme.
With TOT Bundle 17, IRB’s market share in the TOT segment rises to 42%, further strengthening its position as the country’s largest private toll roads and highway infrastructure developer. IRB Infrastructure Developers, which manages the trust, now oversees assets worth over ₹80,000 crore across 12 states through its parent company and two InvITs.
