Inerasable footprints get official recognition
Every one wishes to create a unique, inerasable, footprint in the heart of the mother earth. Very few manage to achieve it and even lesser succeed to get their footprints recognised.
R Dhanya is one of those few people who has managed to mark such a footprint in our hearts. She is an exceptional speaker, whose speeches are extremely motivating.
This young lady is going to receive the National Role Model award from the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment on 3 December.
For her, it is not a simple recognition for her talents, but it is her message to the world ‘nothing can stop you’.
For some, she is just a young lady who is suffering from a rare genetic disease called Osteogenesis Imperfecta.
It may be right. But, definitely, it is not that defines her. For many, she is a highly talented actor, amazing writer and an excellent motivator. Moreover, she is the one who has proved with her life that nothing has the ability to stop you from performing the purpose for which you are born in the womb of the mother earth.
The recognition she has been offered by the ministry is the greatest motivation she has given in her entire life.
On 3 December, another person who has a similar story to that of this young angel is likely to receive the same award from the ministry. He is none other than award-winning Paralympics swimmer Vishwas K S.
