Grenade attack injured eight in Kashmir
Eight innocent people have been injured in a grenade attack in the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir by terrorists.
No terrorist group has claimed the responsibility of the attack. An investigation has been launched in the issue.
The grenade has exploded outside a Deputy Commissioner office. As per a media report, it has missed its actual target of the office security and exploded outside the office.
The injured people have been admitted in a hospital. Almost all have survived their injuries. More details about the health of the injured people admitted in the hospital are awaited. It is likely to come out, once the health bulletin of the hospital is released.
The police have launched an extensive search operation in the region for those who have hurled the grenade at the Deputy Commissioner office.
The incident has created panic among the locals in the region.
