Easy way to remove bloated belly….

There is an easy way to reduce big belly by using Sassy water. Drinking Sassy water can help to facilitate good digestion and its ingredients are there just for the kicks so to speak.

Ingredients

Water                             – 8 Glasses

Ginger ( chopped)       – 1tea spoon

Cucumber                    – 1 piece (peeled and thinly sliced)

Lemon                          – ½

Spearmint leaf             – 1 hand full

Method of preparation

Mix all the ingredients in a Glass jar and keep for 12 hours. Then squeeze the mixture and drain it. You can consume it and feel the deference…..
