Community spread, the question Kerala fears to address

It is high time to address the question whether community spread has begun in the state. There are several reasons to believe that if this question is not address at this moment it may inflict serious injuries to people in this state.

To understand this point rightly, one needs to closely observe a report released by the Tamil Nadu health department.

According to the report, as many as 47 people, who arrived from Kerala, have been tested positive for Covid-19 in the past one month alone.

It indirectly implies that these is a huge flaw in the structure installed by the state to ensure that no case of Covid-19 goes undetected.

In another shocking report, a woman, who reached Chennai by car to join her husband, has been tested positive for Covid-19. What makes this report special is that she has no symptoms. It is learned that she has no travel history and has not gone anywhere during the lockdown period especially.

The aforementioned facts are clear indicators. There is a serious issue and must be addressed in a timely manner if the political executive of the state values the lives of people over petty – temporary – political gains.
