CHOCOLATE FUDGE


INGREDIENTS
• Condensed milk – 1 tin
• Water – ½ cup
• Sugar – 1 ½ cup
• Cocoa – 3 tbs
• Butter – 3 tbs
• Broken cashew nut – 1 cup
• Liquid glucose – 1 tsp
METHOD
• Mix cocoa ,water , condensed milk and sugar.
• Bring to boil until the mixture comes off from the sides .
• Add liquid glucose , cashew nuts and butter and boil for two more minutes .
• Transfer this into a buttered tray.
