The BJP has questioned the veracity of the information that the Congress President, Rahul Gandhi, has provided in his nomination to the Amethi constituency about his education and citizenship.
A senior BJP leader has asked the congress to remove the confusions formed around the nomination he has filed in the Amethi constituency.
The main confusion is that whether the Congress leader was a student of Cambridge University or not. And, another main confusion is that whether the Congress President is a citizen of Britain or not.
What has escalated the confusions is that when the Congress leader’s representative has been asked to sort out the confusions he has requested additional time.
Anyway, the Congress leader will have to give a convincing explanation about the confusions formed around the nomination in few days.
The matter is likely to enter the discussion tables of the country in few hours. It has already entered the discussion tables offered by the social media platforms.
In the upcoming General Election, the Congress President is preparing to contest from at least two constituencies: Amethi and Wayanad.
There is an allegation that it is the fear of failure in Amethi that has prompted the congress leader to choose a safe seat like Wayanad as his second constituency in this election.
The Congress has dismissed all allegations and accusations levelled against their leader as baseless.
