Actor Captain Raju passes away

Actor Captain Raju passed away today morning at 7:30 AM in his residence at Kochi. The 68-year-old actor and director were under treatment during the past few months.
In the month of June 2018, he suffered from a cardiac arrest during a plane journey and was immediately hospitalised at KIMS in Oman, after few days of treatment he was shifted to a private hospital in Kochi.

He has been associated in the Malayalam film industry for the last 37 years. Approximately he has completed more than 500 Malayalam films.
He has also acted in other regional languages which include, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi. Pavanayi in ‘Nadodikattu’ was the character which made him favourites among Keralites. The star of Malayalam film who has performed as a hero, villain and other character roles remain incomparable in the film industry.

He is survived by wife Prameela, and son Raviraj
