Nitesh Tiwari’s response to Zaira Wassim quitting Bollywood

It was a shock to the BTown as the Dangal actress Zaira Wassim is quitting the Bollwood. Zaira who debuted in Nitesh Tiwari’s Dangal had gathered lots of appreciation for her performance. As everyone considered it as a great loss for the Bollywood industry, Nitesh Tiwari considered it as his personal loss as she debuted in his movie. He responded to her decision and said “I’ve said it before also and will say again. I felt a sense a loss when I heard about her. I believe that she’s a terrific performer and it’s pretty evident in ‘Dangal’ and ‘Secret Superstar’. Also, I felt a little more than what others felt because it is not just a loss of talent in the industry, it is a loss for me as she debuted with my film.”

Further, he added, “In the end, all of us have to be mature enough to realise that everybody has the right to choose his or her life, the way he or she wants to live. And just the way you would not want someone to question you for your life choices, you should not question her for her life choices. It’s her life and she has every right over it. I hope she finds what she is seeking and I wish her always best of luck for everything she does in her life.”

Zaira Wassim in her Instagram shared a heartfelt post where she announced that she is quitting her career in the Indian film industry as her Bollywood career is interfering with her faiths and religion.

Zaira Wassim will be finally seen in Shonali Bose’s ‘The Sky is Pink’ which also stars Prinyanka Chopra and Farhan Akhtar in pivotal roles and Nitesh Tiwari is all set with his upcoming movie ‘Chhichhore’ in which Sushant Singh Rajput and Shraddha Kapoor will be seen in the lead role.
