Kerala stands as the best-governed state in the country by Public Affairs Index 2018
According to the Public Affairs Index 2018 declared by the think tank Public Affairs Centre (PAC). Kerala as topped to be the best-governed state in India.
Kerala has been the best-governed state by the Public Affairs Index (PAI) for the third consecutive year since 2016 among the other states.
The index examines governance performance in the states based on the data based framework, ranking them on the economic and social development they are able to provide.
