Kalyan Jewellers opens its 39th Showroom in Warangal

 Kalyan Jewellers  WarangalWarangal… 20th October 2012: As part of its national expansion plans Kalyan Jewellers, India‘s leading jewellery chain launched its 39th showroom here at Warangal, Andhra Pradesh today. The showroom spread over 15,000 square feet was inaugurated by Honourable Minister for Information Technology and Communications, Government of Andhra Pradesh Shri. Ponnala Lakshmaiah.

Kalyan Jewellers are planning to open 10 more showrooms in this financial year. Showrooms in Kanchipuram, Rajkot, Kakkinada and Vadodara will be opened in the second half of 2012. Kalyan will be having 100 stores spread across India by 2015. Kalyan Jewellers has a turnover of around 9437 crores in the financial year ended on 31st March 2012. Kalyan Jewellers is targeting a turnover of 16000 crores for the next financial year.

 

Kalyan has been at the forefront of pioneering efforts to educate the public of cheating and malpractices in gold quality and pricing through their campaign ‘Fight against Impure Gold”.

 

Mr. AmitabBachchan and Mrs. Aishwraya Rai Bachchan will represent Kalyan Jewellers nationally. Represent the company regionally are stalwarts like Nagarjuna in Andhra Pradesh, Sivaraj Kumar in Karnataka, Prabhu in Tamil Nadu and Dileep in Kerala.
