Call for Code Kerala a global initiative

codeforkeralaHere is a distinctive initiative to build solutions to mitigate the states worst disaster by enhancing preparedness for relief operations. the Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM) is going to host a two-day hackathon from September 7 at Trivandrum for social good.

The programme is titled “Call for Code Kerala Challenge,” the meet up would be held at Up Cafe, Thejaswini, Technopark, in connection with the National Association of Software and Services Companies (NASSCOM).

The event is aimed at creating effective solutions to the devastating floods that have ravaged in the backdrop of Kerala recently. #CallforCodeKeralaChallenge is assumed to improve the preparedness solution for natural disasters and relief operations.

The event will bring the most ambitious experts under one roof. The technical team from IBM and the ecosystem will support academic and enterprise developers design to take an accurate decision that would solve problems on the ground.

The global initiative has the support from experts, humanitarian and international organizations which includes, the team of American Red Cross International and the United Nations Human Rights to encourage software developers to take forward their ideas for the specific mission of easing human sufferings.
